
Throughout Rick’s law enforcement career, he has distinguished himself as a leader of men, an expert marksman, defensive tactics Arizona P.O.S.T.-Certified Instructor and tactician, receiving extensive formal training in firearms instruction and special weapons and tactics, as well as leading tactical operations as a Tactical Team Leader of over 100 missions and supervising the county’s Drug Task Force.
Rick has earned the current rating of “Distinguished Expert” in this particular form of shooting competition, however he has also engaged in shooting competitions over much of his adult life such as: “P.P.C.”, “I.P.S.C.”, “Action Pistol” and “Cowboy-Action Shooting”.
Since 1991, Rick has regularly provided training to the private sector in the Arizona Concealed Weapon Permit Training Program, as well as basic-to-advanced firearms proficiency skills.

Chad was born and raised in Arizona in a law enforcement family. His father served and sacrificed in Arizona law enforcement, retiring after 38 years. He and his brother continue in the tradition their father began. His brother is a Highway Patrolman and has been for the last 18 years.
In their own ways, they have each inspired him in his own career.
Chad is currently a Highway Patrol Sergeant. He has worked a variety of assignments including traffic enforcement, criminal interdiction, liquor, and narcotics. During these assignments, he has participated in undercover operations, dynamic entries, active shooter training, clandestine lab training, close quarter battle (CQB) and is a physical fitness and defensive tactics instructor for his agency.
Chad has been trained and qualified in the use of handguns, where he is a Distinguished Expert, shotgun, AR-15 and long rifle. In 2000, Chad graduated college with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master's of Science in Leadership in 2007.
Tremaine Anthony Jackson served in the United States Marine Corps from 1995 to 2005. While in North Carolina he completed Marine Combat Training learning skills such as squad tactics, implementation of fully automatic machine guns in defensive position, and day/night land navigation. After completing training in Jacksonville, NC he went on to Military Police training in Anniston, AL. While in Anniston, AL he learned more squad tactics, convoy security training, handling of Enemy Prisoners of War (EPW’s), route reconnaissance, and military law enforcement.
Tremaine was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. His duties included being a Watch Commander and he was in charge of squad of Marines. He was responsible for their training, mission readiness standards, physical fitness, and performance while enforcing the laws on base. He was then selected and trained as a Criminal Investigator.
Tremaine was then deployed to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom and was assigned to convoy security. His unit provided security for units traveling with supplies and personnel throughout Iraq where he survived two hostile engagements from enemy units. Tremaine is currently an Arizona State Trooper.
